Current Gold Cup holder Lawrie Smith (GBR) will be hoping to set the pace as will former “Double” Gold Cup winner Tommy Muller from Germany. Meanwhile the battle of the Ladies will certainly be worth watching with Gavia Wilkinson-Cox (GBR) and Tanja Jacobsohn (GER) who are both well capable of winning the event…..
Top Hungarian helm Ferenec Kis-Szolgyem will be hard to beat as will Italian Champion Giuseppe Duca with local tactician Jean Sebastian Ponce calling the shots… Not to mention Anatoly Loginov and Dmitry Samokhin both fresh from winning their last regatta’s in Dubai and Cascais respectively !
