The good news is that the light wind has stabilised and we’re looking at a 12.30 start so the crews are going afloat now. It’s still a bit overcast but the good news is that we haven’t yet seen anything for the showers that were forecast so we’ll keep our fingers crossed that it stays dry and the wind holds good.
We’ll do our best to update you from the water again today as long as conditions stay dry enough for us to have the phone out. (Apologies for the odd typo in the from the water messages – a RIB is not the most stable office environment!).
