For the first time in it’s 29 year existence the Drag’s Cup did not manage to complete any races over the 4 day period…. However, this did not dampen the spirit of the 25 International Teams who all promised to return next year to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Drag’s Cup, Cazaux Nov 1st to 4th 2017.
Prizes were awarded to the 3 teams that travelled the furthest! 3rd Gunter (620km Barcelona). 2nd Gingko (840km Cannes) and 1st was Naiad (1100km East Anglia, UK)…… Principle Race Officer Yves Leglese with all the helpers & volunteers made sure the whole event was a very enjoyable experience and wished all the competitors a safe journey home……
