Vadim, Anatoly & Alexander Win the Marblehead Trophy.

After 4 top quality races over 3 days the Marblehead Trophy has been won by the recently crowned European Champions RUS 27. Anatoly Loginov, representing the Yacht Club de Cannes, with Vadim Statsenko and Alexander Shalagin have now added this prestigious trophy to their ever growing C.V.

RUS 27 win Race 4 of the Danish Grand Prix and take the Marblehead Trophy to Cannnes!

Not all but most of the 35 Dragons taking part in the Danish Grand Prix here in Dragor (just near Copenhagen) registered for the Marblehead Trophy as only one boat per Yacht Club is permitted to “challenge” for this historic cup. In fact the current overall leader after 4 races is FRA 401 Gerry Trentesaux, but he did not register for the Marblehead, which finished after  3 of the 4 days. However, with an extremely light wind forecast today, Gerry and his 3 top crew may yet find themselves on the top of the Grand Prix podium….

Higher, Faster, Longer…………    Stavros.
