The schedule of events for the 2022 European Grand Prix circuit has been confirmed by the IDA Officers. The schedule has been constructed as far as possible to minimise travel around the continent, and, in response to sailor demand, it includes a mix of new as well as popular venues. It tries as far as possible to integrate logistically with the major championships in 2022, which will include a Europeans, a Worlds and a Gold Cup.
In 2023, there will be a different mix of venues, but following the same logic.
2022 Schedule
GP#1 – Monaco March 2 – 5(followed by EUROPEANS San Remo – APRIL 4-8)
GP#2 Douarnenez MAY 4-7(followed by Worlds Kuhlungsborn June 12-17 and GOLD CUP OSTEND August 21 – 26)
GP#3 Port Camargues October 12-15
GP#4 Puerto Portals including Finals November 15-20
